Privacy Policy

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and name (either provided directly or via Google OAuth sign-in).

Payment Information: Payments are processed by Dodo Payments and, for some earlier orders and their refunds, Stripe. We do not store your card numbers or full payment details on our servers.

Usage Data: We collect information about how you use our services, including pages visited and features accessed.

AI Agent and Tool Content: When you use our AI agents or free tools, we process the messages, URLs and files you submit and store conversations and generated files so you can return to them.

GitHub Username: If you connect GitHub to receive code repositories included with a purchase, we store your GitHub username to grant that access.

Transactional email (receipts, access links, login links, account and product access messages) is sent when you create an account, buy a product or request a resource. It is part of the service.

Marketing email (tactics, newsletters and product news) is opt-in. You opt in by ticking the box on a form, by subscribing through a newsletter form that says so, or in your account settings. Free resources and reports are delivered whether or not you opt in. If you bought a product, we may also email you about updates to that product.

You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in any marketing email or under Email Preferences in your account. We keep a record of each opt-in and opt-out (the wording shown, the form and the time) as evidence of your choice.

Our email provider is Sequenzy, which stores your email address, name and subscription status and sends both kinds of email.

Account data is retained while your account is active.

Purchase records are retained for legal and tax purposes as required by law.

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

Records of marketing opt-ins and opt-outs are kept after you opt out, as evidence of your choice.

We use essential cookies for authentication and maintaining your session.

We use analytics cookies and similar browser storage from PostHog, Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to understand how the site is used. We do not sell your data to advertisers.
