Terms of Service

By using Tegra's services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

01Service Description

Tegra provides digital products (guides, playbooks, and educational content) and consulting services (via Cal.com booking) related to performance marketing and advertising.

02Account Terms

You must be 18 years or older to use our services, or have parental/guardian consent
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
One account per person; account sharing is not permitted
You must provide accurate information when creating an account

03Purchases and Refunds

All prices are displayed in USD. Payment is processed securely by Stripe.

Digital Products: All digital product sales are final. Because deliverables (curriculum, templates, code repositories, agent codebases) are released immediately at checkout, we cannot offer refunds once access has been granted. Lifetime updates are included with every purchase. If you encounter a defect or something is genuinely missing from your dashboard, email hello@tegra.co and we'll make it right.

Consulting Services: Consulting services are non-refundable once the session has been delivered. Cancellations made 24+ hours before a scheduled session can be rescheduled.

04Product Usage Rights

Purchases grant a personal, non-transferable license for individual use
You may not redistribute, resell, or share purchased content
You may not share account credentials or access with others
Content may not be used to train AI models without explicit permission

05Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use our services for any illegal activities
Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access our services
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Interfere with or disrupt our services
Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

06Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on Tegra are owned by Tegra or its licensors.

You retain ownership of any data or content you provide to us.

07Disclaimers

Our products and services are educational in nature and do not guarantee specific results.

Advertising results vary based on many factors including budget, creative, targeting, and market conditions.

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

08Limitation of Liability

Tegra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product or service.

09Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You may delete your account at any time through your dashboard or by contacting us.

Upon termination, your right to access purchased products may be revoked if terms were violated.

10Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.

11Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide 30 days notice via email before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
