  1. An insight worth building around

A customer problem, the language behind it and distinct concept directions. See why one direction earns the brief and another is rejected.

  2. Briefs and assets your team can review

Copy, visual direction, scripts and the agreed static/video outputs, checked for product accuracy, brand fit and rights. Production costs are agreed upfront.

  3. A plan that answers a useful question

Know what you are comparing, where the work will run, the budget and when to review it. Production, testing and media management are scoped explicitly.

  4. A clear interpretation of the test

Understand what received delivery, how the concepts compared and whether there is enough evidence to decide. Keep uncertain results visible rather than declaring every test a winner.

  5. A better brief for what comes next

A recommendation to keep, reject or revise the concept, with the reasoning your strategist and media buyer can use.

    Decision rule
Before launch, agree the concepts, audience, placement, budget, commercial measure and review point. Compare the covered delivery against that written rule. Recommend keeping, rejecting or revising a concept only when the evidence supports the decision; limited delivery stays uncertain.

Clarify the scope
before work starts.

Who owns the work?

Ruslan leads Google Ads, Andrei leads Meta and Alex leads Email/SMS on Klaviyo. The written engagement names the actual deliverables, owners, access and review responsibilities.

What are the current service fees?

Google Ads and Meta Ads each start at USD 5,000/month per channel plus the published ad-spend fee. Email/SMS on Klaviyo is USD 5,000/month flat. Confirm the actual agreement, provider costs and ad spend before activation.

Does creative production include media management?

Only when agreed. Research, production, testing and account management can have different scope and release owners. Asset count is not evidence that an ad works.

How does the local package fit?

The existing local implementation is a scoped flat package around USD 5,000, with the exact quote agreed in writing. Cover only the actual inquiry, response, scheduling, estimate and measurement components agreed. The client's team performs the physical job; ongoing operation requires a separate agreement.

Is a consultation a sales call or required before another purchase?

No. It is an independently useful paid working session with its own scope and artifacts. Free discovery and a product demonstration are separate. Buying a session does not start a retainer or install a system.

Do you guarantee a production volume or business result?

Deliverables and acceptance checks belong in the agreed scope. We do not add a universal ad/page/email quota, guaranteed CPA/ROAS, job count or incremental-revenue claim to these service descriptions.
