Make it easier to book plumbing work from the inquiry you already receive.
A clear first screen, a practical call or booking handoff, a consistent Business Profile and tracking for the covered job route. $5,000 flat, scoped in writing. You approve the work before it goes live.
- $5,000 flat, no retainer
- Nothing live without your OK
- Your accounts stay yours
- Number buried in tiny text
- Slider loads before anything useful
- Quote form, then wait for a callback
- Call and booking on the first screen
- Matches what the ad promised
- Booking in two screens
Find the handoff. Then choose the fix.
Check the actual journey before choosing a fix: search, phone, messages, website and schedule. Seasonal demand around freeze nights and holiday weekends can affect what to prioritize.
Make the number easy to find on a phone
A burst pipe at 9 pm calls the first plumber who answers. If your first screen is a slow slider and a tiny phone number, they hit back and call the next plumber.
Keep the booking step short
Someone who wants a slot today won't fill in nine fields and wait. If they can't see a time or tap to call, the lead quietly goes somewhere else.
Check the Google Business Profile
Missing services, wrong hours or no booking link on Maps, where people searching for burst pipes or water heaters decide in seconds.
Match the ad to the service page
Compare an ad for "24/7 emergency plumber, same-day service" with the page it opens. Check whether search terms such as "plumber jobs near me" belong in the work you actually want.
Connect the source with the booked job
Compare the conversion goals with the records your office actually has. A call, a booked job and collected payment describe different stages; use the covered records to choose the next account decision.
A sample teardown, so you know what the call covers.
This is an illustrative audit of a made-up plumbing company, not a client. On the call we run the same checks on your real site, Business Profile and ads, live, and you keep the notes.
Explore the revenue equivalent, using your own assumptions.
Explore a hypothetical recovery scenario. This is gross revenue arithmetic, not measured loss, profit or a payback forecast.
Starting values are illustrative assumptions for a plumbing company, including 50% recovery. Replace them with your own numbers; no recovery rate has been measured or promised.
Your monthly scenario, step by step
- Unbooked inquiries43.3
Monthly inquiry estimate × your unbooked share. This is the common denominator for the bars.
- Recovered in your scenario21.7
The subset recovered under your recovery assumption; not an observed recovery rate.
- Additional completed jobs13
The recovered subset × your completed-job assumption. Revenue above uses this value × job revenue.
Linear scale · 0–43.333 · Each stage is a subset of the first.
Source: Your current calculator inputs · Illustrative arithmetic only · counts per month · no measured customer results.
- Jobs with gross revenue equal to the $5,000 price
- 12
Calls/forms a week × 52 ÷ 12 × unbooked share × recovery share × completed-job rate × gross job revenue. Gross revenue excludes labor, materials, fulfillment, ad spend and other costs. Revenue equivalence is not profit or payback. This is not measured loss, a forecast or a guaranteed recovery.

The written scope selects the changes that address the reviewed route. Monthly media management, ad spend and a full site rebuild are separate.

Choose the parts that solve your actual handoff problem. The written scope sets the covered work, quote, timing, access and acceptance checks; the flat package does not automatically include every component above. Customer communications and integrations are agreed with the scope. Your team completes the physical jobs; ongoing operation is a separate engagement.

Built for established plumbers. Honest about who it isn't for.
- US plumbing company doing roughly $2–20M a year
- Work comes from Google by phone and web form
- You run Google Ads or Local Services Ads, or plan to
- The owner or GM can make the call on a fixed-price fix
- Franchise locations where corporate controls the website and ads
- You only want someone to manage ads month to month
- You want a brand-new website and brand first
- You want guaranteed lead numbers. We don't promise outcomes
Before you book
What does it cost?
$5,000 flat. One price for the Booked-jobs fix, scoped in writing after the free 30-minute call, so you see exactly what's included before anything starts. No retainer and no contract term. Ad spend is separate and stays between you and Google.
Why a flat fix instead of a monthly retainer?
A bounded fix may be useful when the reviewed problem is: a slow first screen, a clumsy booking flow, a half-finished Business Profile, ads that land on the wrong page and no way to count booked jobs. We fix them once, hand everything over, and you decide what (if anything) comes next.
We already have an agency or someone running our ads. Is this for us?
Usually, yes. Most of what we fix sits between the ad and the booked job: the page, the booking flow, the Business Profile and the tracking. We can work alongside whoever runs your ads, and the written scope says exactly who touches what.
Do we need a new website?
No. We fix the pages your ads and Google Maps actually send people to. If we think a full rebuild is needed, we'll say so on the call. It isn't part of this price and it isn't required.
We use ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro or Jobber. Does that work?
We assess the actual integration and permissions before promising compatibility. On the call we look at how a plumber lead gets from the phone or web form onto your schedule today, and the written scope spells out how booking and tracking will connect to your setup.
Do you cover Google Local Services Ads?
Where relevant, we first check how Local Services Ads inquiries arrive. Calls, messages and direct bookings can bypass your website. The written scope specifies which profile, response, booking or measurement work is covered; a page change alone does not cover every lead route.
What access do you need, and who owns everything?
You add us as a user on the accounts in scope (Google Ads, Business Profile, your site and call tracking). Nothing moves into our name, you can remove our access at any time, and everything we build stays yours.
How long does it take?
The timeline is agreed in the written scope before work starts and planned around your busy season, taking freeze nights and holiday weekends and external dependencies into account.
Do you guarantee more jobs?
We guarantee the process, not a number: a fixed price in writing, nothing live without your OK, your accounts stay yours, and no retainer. Anyone promising you a lead count before seeing your accounts is guessing.
Who will I talk to?
Ruslan, Tegra's founder. He has run Google advertising for 20+ brands and six-figure monthly Google spend. The Tegra AI agent team does the audit legwork before and after the call, so the 30 minutes go to your business, not small talk.
What if the call shows we don't need it?
Then we'll tell you, and you still leave with the leaks we found and what to do about them. There's no obligation and no follow-up sequence.
Most of our money is in water heaters and repipes, not drain calls. Does that change anything?
Yes, and it's one of the first things we look at. The fix points your first screen, booking flow and ad-to-page match at the jobs you want more of, so the scope is written around your mix, not a generic plumber template.
The right work for your team
Ongoing media management has a separate monthly scope and ad-spend fee. The local flat package is implementation; choose the responsibility you need.
