What is Tegra?+
Tegra is a founder-led performance marketing company. We combine AI production systems with direct founder execution to manage Google and Meta Ads campaigns for brands spending $50K+/month.
How is Tegra different from a traditional agency?+

What's the difference between product tiers?+
Starter ($97): Quick diagnostic tools. Core ($497): Complete measurement systems. Professional ($997): Full campaign operating systems. Signature ($1,997-$4,997): Enterprise-grade systems with phased delivery.
Do I get lifetime access to products?+
Yes. One-time purchases include lifetime access to the product and all future updates. You can download materials and access AI agents from your dashboard anytime.
What's the Starter Membership?+
For $97/month (billed quarterly), you get access to all Starter-tier products. Cancel anytime — no long-term commitment.
Consulting questions
What happens in a consulting session?+
A 2-hour deep-dive with a founder. We review your account architecture, identify structural leaks, and deliver a custom action plan with prioritized fixes. You get follow-up documentation after the session.
Do I need to give you account access?+
For consulting sessions, we'll need view access to review your campaigns. For DFY engagements, we need editor access. We can work with your existing permissions setup.
What's the DFY retainer model?+
Month-to-month management with fees based on ad spend (4-10%). No setup fees, no long-term contracts. Campaigns go live within 3 days. Cancel anytime.
AI Agents questions
What are AI agents?+
Specialist AI tools that run the same frameworks we use in live client accounts. Each agent handles one workflow — tracking audits, feed optimization, campaign building, etc. — and produces structured, actionable output.
How do credits work?+
Each agent conversation costs 1-3 credits depending on complexity. You get free credits on signup and can buy more anytime from your dashboard.
Are agent outputs generic?+
No. Each agent is built from a specific product framework with domain expertise. They produce scored audits, CSV-ready data, and structured reports — not generic advice.
Billing questions
What payment methods do you accept?+
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. We support Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Is there a refund policy?+
Products come with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied, contact us and we'll make it right. Services are billed month-to-month with no exit penalties.
Can I get an invoice for my purchase?+
Yes. Stripe automatically generates invoices for all purchases. You can also request a custom invoice by contacting us at hello@tegra.co.
