The Agent Codebase is now skill-based

The downloadable Agent Codebase (Blueprint + Agent Codebase tier) is now 45 Claude Code skills instead of slash commands. Each skill is a self-contained workflow that pulls in only the frameworks, schemas, and templates it needs. The result is a leaner repo that's quicker to run and far easier to read end to end.

Creative, end to end

Brand onboarding, voice-of-customer mining, image and video brief generation, multi-model image/video rendering, theme extraction, and an expert-panel review all ship as skills. The creative theme library now carries 49 image themes and 22 video themes, each one auto-matched to your brand so new assets start from proven structure.

Demand Gen, end to end

The Demand Gen pipeline now runs the full loop as skills: prep → generate → upload → YouTube → autogrow → expand. demandgen-autogrow diagnoses underperformers weekly and proposes fixes; demandgen-expand widens what's working — both dry-run by default until you approve. meta-image-repurpose and meta-shorts-repurpose bring your best Meta creative into Demand Gen, and the spy-* skills track competitor creative trends so you can stay ahead.

Same curriculum, sharper scope

The Blueprint curriculum and templates are unchanged — this release is about the Agent Codebase. The system is now squarely focused on creative + Demand Gen: there's nothing to wire up that you won't use.
