Agent Codebase 28 → 31 commands. Module 14 added (Search Mining + Autogrowth). Net-new: search-mine, search-autogrow, spy-refresh. Search framework refreshed end-to-end: exact-match only, CPC floor/ceiling, IF-function ban, single DKI per RSA, headline composition standards.

Scope: Agent Codebase 28 → 31 commands. Blueprint 13 → 14 modules (Module 14: Search Mining + Autogrowth).
Net-new commands (+3): search-mine (converting-query cluster discovery), search-autogrow (weekly mine → propose → promote loop, exact-match only, dry-run default, ledger-tracked, one-command rollback), spy-refresh (cadenced competitor stack re-pull and diff).
Search framework refresh: Exact-match only by default. CPC floor/ceiling per ad group. IF-function ban. Single DKI per RSA. Headline composition standards (13-Point Creative v10.5). Dry-run default with explicit --apply for live mutations. RSAs MUTABLE in-place; keyword text/match-type IMMUTABLE.
Curriculum updates: Module 14 added. Tier-comparison table updated with Search Mining + Autogrowth row. Three-choice CTA strip refreshed.
