Most landing pages fail because they use the same copy approach for every visitor. An unaware searcher needs education. A product-aware searcher needs proof. A ready-to-buy searcher needs a checkout button.
These 3 templates give you the copy structure for each traffic temperature. Fill in the brackets, follow the section order, and you have a page that matches what the searcher actually needs to hear.
Based on 20+ brands and $2M+ in attributable revenue.
Each template includes: section structure, copy framework, CTA progression, and the emotional stage each section targets.
Traffic temperature: Cold Awareness level: Unaware or Problem-Aware Best for: Informational search queries ("how to fix [problem]," "why does [issue] happen") Expected CVR: 1.5-4% Word count target: 1,800-2,500 words Design: Editorial feel. Serif fonts. Byline. Generous whitespace.
Purpose: Make the reader think "That's me. That's my problem."
Template:

Before publishing any template, run every headline and key claim through:
Rule 1 - Visualizable: Can the reader picture it in 0.5 seconds?
Rule 2 - Falsifiable: Can someone prove it true or false?
Rule 3 - Unique: Could only THIS brand say this?
If any claim fails any rule, rewrite it before publishing.

These templates cover the 3 most common traffic scenarios. The full landing page suite inside the Google Ads AI Agentic System covers all 8 presell formats with the complete psychological framework behind each: Cialdini's influence principles mapped to page sections, Masterson's lead types matched to awareness levels, the 5-stage emotional journey, design system architecture, GA4 section-level tracking, and PMax integration for scaling presell pages.
Start with Template 1 for your highest-volume informational keyword cluster. Track it separately from your product pages. Give it 200+ sessions. Let the data show you the CPC arbitrage in action.
Then build Template 2 for your top competitor's brand searches. Then Template 3 for your retargeting.
Three pages. Three traffic temperatures. Three conversion rate improvements.
