Understand the attribution and comparison limits

What the figures establish

Klaviyo reports attributed order revenue. The screenshots do not disclose the attribution model, lookback windows, reporting timezone or refund treatment. They do not establish incremental revenue, profit, return on investment or full-year totals.

Why the 2024 growth badge is not a headline

The 16 November–16 December 2024 summary displays +376% versus a previous period. Comparing its €85,129.17 with the supplied 16 October–15 November snapshot’s €15,522.71 instead calculates +448.42%. Those numbers do not reconcile; a native export with consistent settings would be needed to explain the difference. This case therefore uses the absolute, dated figures.

What the operational records establish

Form settings and flow names show the captured account configuration. They do not independently establish who implemented each change. Some 2024 form and welcome names say 10% while descriptions or list labels say 20%; the definitive incentive configuration remains unresolved.

The decisions behind the work.

Specific work products and the question each one addresses.

  1. Capture that looks like the brand

Desktop and mobile signup designs carry the same fashion imagery and first-order proposition as the welcome work. The archived form screen records capture configuration; the artwork below makes the experience inspectable.

  2. Welcome and recovery with different jobs

Welcome introduces the collection; reminders, checkout and browse recovery address different points in the journey. The November dashboard keeps the value reported against each visible flow separate.

  3. Campaigns built around the collection

The Chimera design gives signature hardware its own product story. The retained December calendar separately shows planning for newness, styling, gifting and shipping dates; it is not a send log.

  4. A result with its reporting window attached

Campaign and flow contribution reconcile to the selected November total. Earlier snapshots remain individually dated so overlapping reporting windows never become a fabricated annual total or growth curve.

How the pieces connect.

BY FAR · process explanation, not a live progress tracker
  1. Capture the right expectation

Connect the signup experience and first-order proposition to the brand.

  2. Welcome and recover

Give new subscribers, browsing customers and abandoned checkouts different follow-ups.

  3. Plan the collection story

Coordinate product-led campaigns, seasonal moments and returning-customer messages.

  4. Read the account evidence

Review the selected period, campaign/flow mix and visible flow records before the next decision.

Review the evidence before the next production decision.

Capture, automated journeys and product campaigns belong to one lifecycle program. This map explains the retained work; it is not an export of current automation, proof that every planned campaign sent, or a causal attribution model.

Read the result with its context.

Eight supplied historical screenshots and retained BY FAR Figma design records, inspected November 7, 2026. The headline uses the dashboard’s explicit November 1–30, 2025 Placed Order window; exact values and source fingerprints are retained with the case.

Source notes and measurement limits
  • The evidence is historical operator-supplied Klaviyo screenshots and retained Figma designs. It is not a current authenticated account read or full account export.
  • EUR is the displayed screenshot currency. Order currency, historical attribution settings and account timezone were not independently supplied.
  • The selected 2024 and 2025 reporting windows overlap and vary in length. They are not annual totals and must not be summed or presented as a controlled before/after test.
  • The December 2024 growth badges do not reconcile with the supplied adjacent Start snapshot. No growth headline is derived from either badge.
  • Design specimens are not joined to exact sent-message identities, test allocations or attributed revenue. A configured A/B badge does not establish a winner.
  • The private showroom-contact list is excluded from public material and is not evidence of subscriber consent, sending or list growth.
