Release context
Current hosted tasks prepare research, briefs and copy. Finished image rendering is separate. The current licensed edition excludes the separate performance-audit and insights service.
This is a dated release record. Historical model names, rates, trial limits and capability counts do not set today’s offer. Current task inputs, source coverage and your review govern use. Ad Library active status and longevity do not establish spend, profitability, a test result or why an ad stopped. A 5×5×5 copy set is preparation, not 125 completed experiments. The stored previous-version label is preserved even where it skips another published version; the reason is not established by this record.
What to inspect first.
| Your next step | Work and review |
|---|---|
Inspect | Compare two proposed angles by customer tension, mechanism and visual execution. |
Retain if you try it | Retain the persona/source references and self-contained brief fields for production. |
Review before use | Reject cosmetic variation masquerading as a different argument; do not infer results from the number of angles or copy options. |

What changed
Open the concise change summary
GPT-6.1 Sol is the default model and the Sol option in the model picker, and runs on it cost less: credits are now charged at GPT-6.1 Sol's published rates, which are lower than the previous Sol's.
The picker now offers two tiers: Sol, and Luna for fast drafts at about a tenth of Sol's price.
Terra has been retired from the picker, since Sol is now both the newer model and the cheaper one.
Surviving angles must differ from each other, not only from competitors.
Each one owns its own customer tension, proposition, and visual execution; attaching the same product facts to three angles no longer passes the Unique check. Hooks follow the same rule.
The creative brief pack download now includes the exact on-image copy and aspect ratio for every brief, so a designer can produce from the file alone.
The agent states plainly which files were delivered instead of describing a download as unavailable.
A step that fails mid-run no longer ends the run.
The agent corrects the step and carries on.
Release notes
Meta Ads Agent v1.2.0: GPT-6.1 Sol, angles that differ from each other, and a brief pack that stands on its own
The Meta Ads Agent now runs on GPT-6.1 Sol, the newest flagship model. Its three angles have to be three different ideas, and the downloadable brief pack carries everything production needs without the chat next to it.

Why it matters
- Three angles that are one idea in three outfits give you one test, not three. Distinct angles are what make the first week of spend teach you something.
- A brief that needs the chat to be complete breaks the moment you forward it. The pack is now self-contained.
- Fewer dead ends on long runs with several tools in play.
Available immediately on every run.
